Trips will only run if 4 or more people book a cruise. This can be in any combination totaling 4 or more.
24 Hour cancellation policy: If a party decides that they do not want to go on the trip, we must receive the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time. If a trip is not canceled before 24 hours of a scheduled departure, the full cost will be charged.
If you reserve for a specific number of passengers, and arrive with fewer passengers, without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the number of seats held in that original reservation.
Private Charters Cancellation: A private charter giving 7 days notice will not be charged, after that time you will be charged for the full amount of your trip. Please note that you will also be responsible for any additional catering orders you have placed with us for your Private Charter.
Lateness: Please arrive 30 minutes before your trip, so all ticketing, waivers, and safety briefing may be complete. If you arrive late, you may miss the trip and would still be charged.
Weather or Mechanical Issues: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to bad weather or mechanical issues, we want you to have a fun day on the water and our main priority is your safety and the safety of the Captain and Crew. The Captain has sole discretion to cancel a trip, for inclement weather or mechanical issues. We will try to reschedule you for another trip during your stay but this will be based on availability. You will not be charged for trips cancelled due to bad weather or mechanical issues, if you have paid in advance your card will be refunded but please be aware this can take up to two weeks to process back to your account.
Alcohol: Please drink responsibly while on board, for the safety of you and our other passengers we reserve the right to remove any alcoholic beverages from a passenger until we return to the dock if we believe they have consumed an amount that may be unsafe or uncomfortable for our other passengers. Please drink responsibly.
Payment: You may pay by Credit Card, or Cash. If you will be paying by cash we do require a credit card on file to hold the reservation, this will be charged for No Show’s or Cancellations within the 24 hours cancellation policy.
Things to bring with you: We suggest you bring, sunglasses, sunscreen (not the spray kind), camera and a light sweatshirt or T shirt.
